It feels strange to say it, the man is just too primitive and undeveloped creature that could never take that speech as a guide of life. It seems pointless to talk about things when I see the faces of people that recognize speech but the words did not understand their significance. All of the evil which is within the person, is really just a deep-rooted culture in which we live. Not a man is born evil, but unable to change their habits.

@Athena799 Me too, damn...i watch this like every night and i feel kind of sad because it hits a weak spot. The world is evil! And this was long time ago. A person like this...or LOADS of people should start to send out these kind of messages. We need them. Have you seen the one with the photo montage of demonstrations and so on "people of the earth" its called same speech and song

i am positive that Chaplin made this movie for the sole reason of delivering this speech. That was no longer acting, he really felt that way. Beautiful

I am deeply moved by this speech and the music that accompanies it. The incredible emotion and sincerity with which Chaplin speaks these words is unbelievable. If only everyone could see this video, this speech, then the would would be far different than it is today.

Beautiful. The music complement the words and emotion so well.

One recommendation though, the music begins to drown out Chaplin towards the end there, you might just want to re-tweak the audio levels a bit.
