"logs won't dry against a wall"... As long as it gets enough sun and wind they'll dry just fine.
I'm guessing the logs are for burning from what I can make out at in the background, and in that case don't worry about checking, just get them dry and get them burned. I know you turn though so forget this paragraph if they are for that. ;)
Also considering it's for drying I'd take out the shelves, replace and the bottom one only with slats for airflow and stack more wood than you can currently.

Drill some holes in the plywood for drainage and air circulation.
