  • Please type this in English so we can understand you. Thanks

  • i don't think he can....

  • アメリカ白人が日本人に捕えられたという事実が彼らにとって屈辱なんでしょう。東南アジアで捕虜になった連合軍兵士と同じ。自分達が行ってきた横暴よりも、カラードに白人が捕えられたという事が許せない。

  • Good thing it was not in Singapore. They will hang him for kidnapping.

  • Family lived in Japan from 2001 to June 2008.

Children are 6 and 8 years old (maybe 7 and 9 by now), meaning, they were BORN & RAISED their entire lives in Japan.

    They can barely speak English.

Divorce started October 2008 (see above, 4 months after arriving).

Savior marries home-wrecking slut Amy by January 2009, Only one month after divorce is final.

He was f*cking whore Amy while married to Isaac and Rebbecca's mother.

Savoie unwilling to leave slut Amy to be with kids.

    GOD BLESS NORIKO!!

  • Granted that the father cheated on the mother of his children, but that does not give the mother the right to seperate her children from their father.

By hurting the father, she is also hurting the children and that makes her no better than him when he cheated on her.

  • Why the mother have to live in U.S. only because they devorced in there?

Noriko is a victim of stupid American law.

If Chris wants to see his children, he should live in Japan. He is a Japanese citizen.

It was wise that Noriko flew from America where they only care about American benefits, and the law is only made to protect Americans.

  • The mother did not have to live U.S. She had visitation rights in the U.S., no matter where she live in the world.

From what others have been saying online, the Japanese courts do not practice joint custody or visitation rights, just sole custody, favoring the mother.

Even if Chris were to live Japan, Noriko could legally prevent him from seeing their children and she even said she would do just that in email she sent him while they were getting a divorce.

  • this whole drama is Chris's fault, he knew by Tricking Noriko in coming to the US, and having to find out that he has been cheating behind her back, she made his fear came true. He deserved what he gets. Their kids doesn't need to be in a disfunctional family like the Savoie's

  • When it comes down to it, the children should be the ones to decide where they want to live. If they want to live in the U.S., then the mother shoud be the one to come from Japan to the U.S. to visit. Alternatively, if they want to live in Japan, then the father should be the one to come from the U.S. to Japan to visit.

  • yamaoyaji and wickedlylovely19, I appreciate your opinion but please remember. They both had their day in court. Does it really matter if it were in the U.S. or Japan? The law should be upheld regardless. Otherwise people would break the law and try to escape by fleeing the country. They all have dual citizenship regardless of the passport. That doesn't matter. A crime was committed. No country should harbor criminals, that includes the U.S. & Japan.

  • Ernie you are the funniest guy ahv ever seen. But what you say is absolutely true. You look funny and you speak like......uh ......forget it.But I enjoy your accent n' jus' caint get enough. You should be on CNN.Your message is pure genious.American men ARE nuts and STUPID !! Keep em'comin'... I am subscribed today !!

  • No one has ever heard her side of the story! Why did he divorce her in the first place?? Sound like he brought back to the u.s. and dumped her!! she broke the law, but she should keep the kids. I hope this guy rots in jail!!!

  • Yes, Dad is American, but he also has Japanese citizenship, so he is Japanese as well. Having two citizenship is OK in US, not in Japan. All kids had Japanese passport, so they are Japanese for sure.

It is OK to say, the wife abducted kids, but it is not true she abducted 'American' kids, since Dad, old wife, kids were all Japanese.

  • The only thing he did wrong was failing to get out of Japan. Had he been successful, he would have had LEGAL custody of the kids in the US! Now I agree, you certainly pursue every legal channel available before doing something like this. But that's the whole tragedy of the story - the law is fucked up.

  • Dude, have you followed the story at all? He received custody in a Tennessee court and SHE abducted them to Japan first! History suggests that similar custody issues in the past involving Japanese mothers and American fathers have always ended with the mother receiving full custody. What else was he supposed to do? If they were my babies, I'd be on the first plane over there doing the same thing.
