You can't. There are certain pkmn that require you to have Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed or LeafGreen inserted.

@firedevotion yes, you can. u Need 2 DSs, pokemon platinum, and the pokemon (either diamond or pearl) that ur playing with. Get elekid in platinum, then send it to the pokemon game ur playing with through trade. I got mine that way.

dude, the video was good. but, there was one problem. instead of running from the weak pokemons (while using pokeradar), try fainting them. if you faint them, you wont have to run another 50 steps to charge the pokeradar.

try using a pokemon with the ability FRISK. the pokemon will sense that the pokemon has the item, and it will warn you.

so you dont need to catch all the pokemons to get the specific item!

I used the TM THIEF to my Bannete, so I don´t have to capture the poké to get the item, you should make that with your bannete too, sometimes it´s hard to capture the poké, BTW can you give me one of your 18 electrizers please?
