first, marbles are hardly ever used ball bearings are. Second, ball bearings are smooth and the perfect size for a machine which has a size limit. third, anything larger will shake the machine causing steps to go off prematurely, and fourth, they are easily obtained

i'm no rube goldberg x-pert but why do all of them envolve a marble. If i was a judge, i would take pionts of origanality cuz everyone uses marbles. it would be nice if someone didnt use a marbe and used something else that rolls.

If you had all of the machines, full length, you would have more comments, and ratings, but it was okay.
