wrong look, definately. White and black eyeliner is not ,,neutral''. It's quite a contrast. Something wrong on the colour of your eyebrows also, not matching your platinum blond hair. Your look looks so...fake, not natural. Loose the black eyeliner first of all, too dark for you.

@Jaboor420 usually what some people would do is they will put loose powder below their eyes to prevent from fall outs. you wanna try doing that. after your eye makeup is already done, you can wipe the loose powder away with a brush or something. hope this helps! :)
