Poor old Bill Cotton.1930 was not a good year for him.First he was removed from his residency at Ciros Club and Noble Sissle took his place.Then after that losing his entire brass section to Roy Fox.

Very pleasant version. These early Billy Cotton records, up to the end of his brief period on Columbia, are my favourites.
Sweet or hot, they are remarkable.
