His definition was incredible the way it looked like his muscles were separate from his skeletal structure. As well Kai Greene looked a lot better than Jay but he'll never actually win olympia.
Jay looked like crap in the last Olympia. While shredded, his legs and lower back were tiny in comparison to his waist. Phil had the perfect combination.

If you are referring to "size" then the simple answer is that there is a LIMIT to how big a human can get, just like there is a limit to how long you can sleep, how much you can eat, how high you can jump, etc. BTW just wondering, how big do you expect them to become, they are already monstrous

@pac167 with his disgusting bicep (I know, not his fault but in a competition based on appearance it should have immediately dropped him down some). Phil heath looked amazing in olympia. His definition was incredible the way it looked like his muscles were separate from his skeletal structure. As well Kai Greene looked a lot better than Jay but he'll never actually win olympia.
