Nice. I was about to ditch my plans to buy this pedal 'cause almost all other reviews sounds like metal. Began to suspect that's what it could do and was good at only.

How is the pedal regarding having to turn the volume down because it boost louder than the amp volume. I've had Distortion pedals that really ruin the amps natural volume if you know what I mean...

Well, you've got a Level knob on the pedal, so you should be able to set the level so it doesn't overpower the natural volume of your amp.

That's a nice pedal, but those FL pickups are amazing. Every clip I've seen with them has that same crisp, round snap to it. They're going into my next Strat, for sure.

Hey man, how do like this pedal?It seems very versatile with great tones that dont sound "Pedal like".Sounds like its great for both blues and classice rock...do you agree?Also, does it add much noise to your rig?I have read from other posts stating it gets kind of noisy...thinking of adding this to my rig...would really like your feedback.

Hey!!! Suhr Riot is really very good pedal and can deliver both blues (more modern type though) and rock like sounds. I honestly don't think its noisy and what I like best about it is how transparent for high gain distortion it is. It also handles boosting from Xotic BB Preamp very well.

In general, one cant go wrong with it (IMHO of course)
