  • Dave Thanks for playing this tune !! Always enjoy hearing it .. Check out me and Bobby playing " There Will Never Be Another You " ..I have a picture of Hank at the end..

  • Tthis was shot on a cold day ....it was sort of difficult to play....but hey...........Ha....

I checked your vid out...nice tune...real good playing

  • The foot tap was a nice start. Like your choice of footwear and also your choice of chord progressions. LONG LIVE FLAT 7 5 DIM!

    Beautiful old guild too. Refinished?

  • Ibanez Artist.

  • Old Guild? That's a brand new Ibanez. Are you talking about another axe this guy's got?

  • Your right about 1 thing it's a Ibanez, but

it is not brand new. I bought it in 1973,

    Don't make them anymore.this one was a

    prototype.......I love It.

  • Really? Damn. I'm not usually one to say things like that unless I know what I'm talking about. 2 of my buddies have bought Ibanez jazzboxes that look just like that within the last 2 or 3 years. I didn't know Ibanez even made anything aside from solidbody rock guitars before recently. Please forgive my arrogance, and cool axe!

  • @JazzDaveDotCom I watched the vid a second time, and I guess if I'd paid closer attention, I would've known it was older than I initially thought. Just from the worn-off plating on the pickup, old-looking neck binding, etc., though. Honestly, it's a dead ringer for that friend of mine's guitar, and the other guy's is too, except it's in cheesy blueburst. Which isn't particularly vintage-y.

  • I have always hated this song... and still do. But you play it nicely and I really enjoy your lessons. But POLYTONE? C'mon... ever heard of Mesa Boogie?
