OK - here are some tips:

*1 Bank turns after drops or in high speed.

*2 don't brake after a lifthill.

*3 try and keep up the speed rather than slow it down too much by using hills and such, or make the hills less high.

*4 you have to feel the coaster, it takes time!

there's no 'flow' , your coaster = chain up, drop, brake, repeat. It should be like a Sonic Genesis game, up, down, loops and all with a constantly fast speed. Try to use that kinetic energy wisely, to its full potential.
