  • I was at this show!!!!

  • This song was writen by Dave when he joined metallica named "The Mechanix" then when dave got kicked out metallica were already writing "the four horsemen" which is an adjustment of "The mechanix" just different lyrics. Then when Dave made Megadeth he sped the whole thing up and named it simply "Mechanix" learn your facts guys.

  • @LKNMustaine Megadeth didn't speed it up, Metallica slowed it down.

  • @LeStigue no dave sped it up :)

  • @LKNMustaine He wrote the song while in Metallica at normal speed. When he left, James slowed it down and changed the lyrics. Just look at Metallica lives with Mustaine.

  • @LKNMustaine Well, ok, we're both right. I have a fast demo, lives are slower. Maybe they played it slower live.

  • Dave backs in the 80's :D

  • "There are 2 ways to do this song: my way and their way. But they're really both my fuckin' way!" Is this what he's saying ?

  • @mateinegriu Yes.

  • How do you get this quality? I LOVE IT! does anyone know how to do this in effects or anything?

  • @syke5 if you´r not sarcastic i guess u can use a effect called somtihng like "incrase outlines" or somthing like that i think its called it baseicly make you´r video look like it was recoded in the 80´s whit like a broken camera or so :P

  • jimmy is such a badass

  • FUCK U THE 4 HORSEMEN IS A COPY!! MECHANIX IS THE ORIGINAL AND STAYS WITH HIM! DEAL WITH IT FUCKERS!

  • is this srsly 2001?? :P

  • Do I look like a fucking people person?

  • Damn, all this Megadeth/Metallica comparison makes me wanna scream SLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ok hear is for everyone.

dave mustaine was the 100% writer of 6 songs on Kill em all , which was metallica debut album.

dave mustaine was the guitar teacher of james hetfield & kirk hammet when he was still in metallica

so to make this thing short for you to understand

dave mustaine was a major part in the succes of metallica & megadeth.

making him the absolute master of Thrash metal!

don't believe me? listen the last words and all his other solo's

  • @steffelaar dave wrote 3 or 4 songs on kill em all and didnt do the full songs, but took part

he did teach james, but not kirk. dave was already out of new york when they even first met kirk

    get your facts straight

  • @MrDR7no LOL no he was taught by joe satriani, NOT steve vai OR dave mustaine.

  • @baconrules311 damn i always get confused with these two sorry my mistake i meant joe satriani... the bald guy!! :P

  • @baconrules311 yeah but how did he knew that he was nailing kirk's girlfriend.I'm starting to get confused ;d

  • @baconrules311 He wrote four songs on Kill 'em All in total. All of them are his. Jump In The Fire (which was written before his Metallica tenure, Lars himself said it) The Mechanix (also pre Metallica), Phantom Lord (written in Metallica, the name of the song was Hetfields idea) and last, Metal Militia (written in Metallica by Mustaine). And he also co-wrote 2 songs on Ride the Lightning. RTL Main riff and verse riff are Mustaines, and so is the beginning of The Call of Ktulu.

  • @steffelaar Dave didn't teach Kirk anything. He was kicked out before Kirk joined the band.

  • @steffelaar Others have cleared your incorrect facts up, but there is one more. The song is My Last Words, not 'The' Last Words.

  • @FadeToPuppets Great band i like all there albums load reload and st anger included but if they kept to there roots who knows what wouldve happened

  • Haha, Dave is so cool.

"But they're really both my fucking way.."

  • @FadeToPuppets He wrote the whole song... Metallica admits he did, they admitted they stole from him. But they do deny that he told them not to use his stuff...

  • @FadeToPuppets he didn't steal it metallica stole it from him. he wrote that whole album. and when he left they continued to play his music even though he begged him not to

  • @FadeToPuppets dave wrote it even before he was in metallica.

  • @FadeToPuppets He rote the song when he was 15! Metallica stole it, thats it.

  • the four hoursmen ?????

  • Fuck metallica

  • @Cristianhobo Fuck you.

Metallica rules and so does Megadeth.

  • god jimmy degrasso ruins the song

  • "But There Really Both My Fucking Way!!"

    Too Fucking Down!!

  • @TheBuddarulz Best thing i ever heard he should of did that at the Big 4 shows ...

  • God Dave could never sing live.

  • Megadeth is my favourite band but this one's too slow almost like 4 horsemen

  • @laliskoo No, The Four Horsemen is almost like The Mechanix.

  • @TheFFKSupporter Becouse its the same song. Metallica stole it.

  • @TheFFKSupporter yeah metallica took his song changed it.

  • @TheFFKSupporter no it is the mechanix just sped up and with diffrent lyrics

  • "Fuck yeah"

  • That solo was fucking dead on, btw his shirt says "do i look like a people person?" or something along those lines.

  • @Evi4666 yes man, i think you're right, his shirt says : "do i look like a fucking people person"

  • Does anybody know what his shirtt says? This sounded sick can't believe it's been 9 years already so fast...
