well that guy who kit the kid ( Mom of 2 here ) He'd be LUCKY to be in police custody- it's safer for him. Sadly this is true ever single summer the kids get their new licenses. When you run over someone with a car and the victim dies, it counts as murder. so yes, if you dont pay attention when you drive you might end up having to spend your life behind bars.

Still, its not even half as big price as being dead by some one elses mistake. And for example in finland where i live you get maybe 1 to 4 years in jail, or not even in. And behavaing well, not even than much if u get behind bars. Too small punishments in finland. And its not counted as a murder, murder = planned kill, Its not even counted kill in finland, its just involuntary manslaughter which is not punsihed hard.

@onouh Yes, and it's a sad fact that in Northern Ireland (where this ad is from) many drivers are getting off lightly for causing road accidents. I think we need to have stricter penalties. I think if anyone who caused death by dangerous driving was given 25 years in prison and a lifetime ban on driving, people might think twice. Then again, the arrogant twats probably WOULDN'T CARE.
