Just to note an ak-47 and akms arent able to use GLs they werent designed to be able to fire a large 40 or 35mm grenade because it would break the gun.
Why is the sight for using the nade launcher on the right side if most people are right handed and keep the gun on their right side meaning they can't see it from the left side of the gun?
@platoon1993 yea, this should fit an AKM very confortably. i believe the GP series of grenade launchers are made so that you do not have to remove the cleaning rod to remove the GP30. the mounts are made with a gap in them that the cleaning rod can sit in.
@HullAL09 One more thing, in Bootcamp they showed us how to use T-40 grenade launchers (attachment for G-3 and HK-33) pretty the same thing with m-203 launcher, so do you think gp better or I would better of with M 203?

@2wakka4dis im afraid not, you can see that the adjustible rear sight on the AN-94 is not present on that rifle.

@platoon1993 well if you have an AKM, you should go with the GP, the M203 was made for M4 platforms.
on the other hand, the m203 is easier to find grenades for, the 35mm VOG grenades are not so common.
