What's the difference between seotoolbar and seobar in SeoQuake?

At the end of the video Tyler clicked on "something" to see the page info - what did he click on ? And at the very end, Tyler clicked on something else and a drop down menu appeared and he clicked End Record - It would be enlightening to be told what he's clicking on -- not all of us know what to click on intuitively

@BobsInnerWealth he clicks on "Info" ("page information" on mouse-over) in the seobar to see page information.

At the very end, he's just stopping the screencapture software he's using to record what's going on on his screen.
