trovo  un'ottima lettura interpretativa, che riporta questa ronanza, dopo quella di Pavarotti, alla sua giusta collocazione. Si tratta di Donizetti, siamo nel protoromanticismo e non nel verismo.

The control, the smooth connection of the high register to the middle of the voice, the color nuances are remarkable. It is probably not the most beautiful tone in the world but what a polished technique. He handles such a demanding aria so well. Hats off.

There is no tecquine,no breath control and what is even worst of all:he sings flat most of the time.How this mediocre singer got to sing at the most important theaters means that music is going down the drain year after year.
