I have to say that as a child, I'm happy that some of my early idols in sports turned out to be really decent human beings --- Arnold Palmer in golf, Bobby Murcer in baseball. Although Joe Ehrmann wasn't an idol of mine, I've been a Colt fan all my life and loved the Sack Pack. If my kids grow up to play football, I would want them to play for a person like Joe Ehrmann.
