it mite have been 2 months but i can give u a web site its called esnips and sorry but theres no such downloadable character as 5 6 7 8 just normal ss 2 and 4 vegeta the only character that goes to ssj9 is goku =) hope this helped

This is called mugen. You play it on your own computer. You download the game and put your own characters on it. Pretty much anyone you have ever heard of. google mugen and you will find it.
