Good vid, but I think you were maybe a little bit too aggressive with the woman. The trick is to talk and let the ohter person lower their defences. Remember these people are surrouded by others that are reinfocing the idea that the world is divided into "us vs them". If someone is willing to respond, then it is best to talk to them, be nice, be polite, no matter how much you may be bullbaited. If they upset and angry in public, it only hurts them, and makes you look good. Keep up the fight
