hey laffo i have a nemisis prime from armada but his smoke stacks keep falling off what should i do and p.s where is the best place to get armada figures now im looking for blurr and his mini con I used to have almost every mini con but they all dissapeared cuz i moved like 2 times and gave away a bunch of my genaric toys tht werent worth crap and i think a couple were in there stupid mistake honestly. ^__^

You can use glue or save some of those clear rubber bands they package the figures with sometimes.

Try tfieds, ebay (look for lots, can get a haul of figures for a good price), and the forums of TF sites like tfw2005. If you're tenacious enough you can find good deals.

It's not a favorite of mine but it's nothing terrible. If you like the design on the show I doubt you'd dislike the toy. I wouldn't pay more than 15-20 US for one

Great collection of Armada. You should consider the show accurate Takara versions of Tidal WAve and Wheeljack (Shockwave and Rampage in Japan). I think those in the display would make the collection look even better as those two figures were quite different in color than on screen.

Sweet collection there. I only have a like 10 armada figures, you have the whole line, not to shabby. How many unicrons do you have ? and how many overloads do you have ? and how many megatrons do you have ? and if you have more then one,would you maybe want to sell them for a nice price ?

You have alot of figures. Personally, I wouldn't have bought duplicates of the figures unless they were partially remolded from the orginal.

True, true. I understand where you're coming from. However personally, if it's the SAME EXACT mold, then I'm just going to pick which color scheme looks the best to me and get that one.

I am actually lying in one case. I did pick up the orginal Transmetal Waspinator and the Buzzsaw repaint of it. But I don't know. It's certain figures that I'd only do that for, ya know?

Anyway, you have alot of figures and I think that's awesome!

Decide which one I like the best. LOL. I mean, if something that I feel that I really, really have to have and it's constantly on my mind, then I'll pick it up.However that's not usually the case because most of the repaints out there are voyagers from what I've seen, and I by Voyagers on occasion. Money is tight, especially when you're buying expensive ass books for college.

I think Armada was my favorite of the trilogy. It was the one I grew up with.

I liked the cartoon the most.

And while Cybertron had the better toys.

the gimmicks in Armada were the coolest gimmicks ever.

Like if you explained the whole line to me as a kid OMG.

A robot that turns into a bigger robot by sending radio waves to his trailer to make it turn into a giant pair of legs.

Three tiny robots that turned into planes that could combine into a sword.

Starscream's death in Armada was like a big thing for me, like Optimus's in G1.

So they brought him back as a zombie...

Optimus was like totally badass in Armada.

his toy... He had a big heavy torso, and huge thighs, so he was like all fat looking. and he was like a powerranger when he combined.

Made me quit Transformers...

The Unicron repaint also kicked ass.

Was watching cartoon network the other day. And there were reruns of old shows I loved that got cancelled. And the kiddy new shows came on, they're quite silly. I like them, but in a Spongebob way, where its just crazy. Like there arent really jokes, just obscurity.

And then one of those tween shows, and I was like huh I'm supposed to like this?

so I still watch Adult Swim instead.

Though, I guess if tweens like me watch tween shows, fewer kids at my school would be foul mouthed punks.

Speaking of Sharkticon, someone made a fan-made version of the G1 character using Transmetal 2 Cybershark as the body, Transmetal Megatron's beast mode arms, and Transmetal 2 Dinobot's beast mode feet. It looked pretty cool. Someone also made a fan made Animated Nemesis Prime which I thought was very cool as well.
