He is one of the most popular artists currently singing and performing in drag on stage in China. He was recruited in the China Opera and Dance-Drama Theater as a state first-class performer, the first one without professional training in the history of China.
He is one of the two Chinese singers to successfully hold their own concerts in the Sydney Opera House.
