Thanks for the vid. I found this video because my faucet similair to this one isn't providing the amount of water it once did. I contacted Price Pfister and they told me to check the screen in the supply line. I didn't have any screens so they now tell me that my cartridge may need to be replaced. They are going to send me a new cartridge which I have no clue what it looks like. Hope that solves the problem and props to Price Pfister for the quick response and help.

thanks. I'm glad I decided to go to my computer and find this video. Price Pfister did not mention anything about plumbers putty around the top drain fitting. I thought I was missing a rubber gasket. (.P-50 series. )

Why don't more companies provide u-tube instruction videos?

@ouckyew2 - I haven't had any issues with the stopper. Also, the finish has been fine. This is in a powder room and sees a lot of use. The stopper doesn't get used a lot in the powder room.

I'm thinking about getting this faucet, but I've read some reviews that said the stopper is a pain and some say the finish flakes off. Have you had to deal with any of that?
