  • Thank you so much, I was looking for the solo tutorial all over the Internet and now I found it

  • Nice lesson, but please tune your guitar next time..Farewell

  • tune your guitar.

  • horrible its played with chords and that guitar sounds very bad its not in tune and you are a bad player fuck !

  • Wath a fuking sound :D

  • guitar sounds out of tune.

  • What guitar are you using:D?

  • WRONG AHHHHHHHH GDUIAGSBKCBIUSECLOAJSBCOFUBDOIBNAOIUCBHVODIUNBC

  • THANKS :D:D:D

  • thanks broo excellent

  • really good, but when you are doing the power chord part at the end always try to do 6th string to 5th string or vice versa (you changed it and it was a lil confusing) also, you play it incorrectly, it is played, second fret fifth string(play 6th open w/ 5th) then 3rd fret of the sixth string(play 5th string also) and then second fret 4th string(play 5th string also) and then the chorus is reverse of that... its a little stupid,

    good job though!

  • 23 people dont know how to play a guitar

  • What kind of guitar is that?

  • @GAMEDRPHILL PRS

  • your so awesome man...love your videos...german greets

  • Ok, well great lesson, the only thing is that it is MUCH simpler to play it the way angus plays it. He just plays an E chord, then in stead of the "power chords" on the 3/5 and 5/7 he uses an A and switches to a G note on the lower E string (6th string). It was a good lesson tho so I'll rate 5 stars :)

  • Hey man! Excellent video, this is the first song Im learning with an electric guitar and has helped me a lot! thnx.

  • hey, call it a pet peeve from having 16 years of guitar lessons, and for majoring in music. But you use the phase "power Chord" like 600 times in this video. There is no such thing. I Know it's a popular term, but extremely inaccurate. In musical theory, in order for a group of notes to be called a CHORD, it has to have 3 notes (octaves don't count) the most commonly they're formed from the the 1st, 3rd, and 5th note in it's scale. What your playing is called and interval. A 5th to be exact.

  • @TheDejaBluBand And what exactly are you trying to get from it? Go with your methodical lessons somewhere else, maybe harvard. We don't care how a chord is made, we just want to learn the song the easiest way and Rock on!!!!!. If you don't like the video or the person who posted it just don't watch it. Post your own videos for geeks in your own youtube channel!.

  • @AFRO1621 Actually I got my degree from Belmont University in Nashville TN. It appears so much on the web because someone coined the term and it caught on. Only using two notes is called an Interval... In the "power chord" instance... It's a 5th... if you want to call it a power interval... have at it.... But it doesn't even qualify as a chord, so why call it a power chord?

  • @TheDejaBluBand You are correct that for something to qualify as a chord it must consist of at least three notes, and a power "chord" is only made up of the fifth and the root in two octaves. I am not certain why it is called a chord when it is technically not a chord, but my best guess would be that because a power "chord" is just the lowest three strings used when playing a bar chord, which is actually a chord consisting of three or more notes and the term was therefore carried over. rock on!

  • amp settings?

  • thanx for giving me something to work off of=D

  • Hey man, if its possible could you send me a message w/ the tab, im to lazy to right them down.

  • great tabs

  • that isnt the original one

rhe original doesnt go ferter than the 3th fred ;) in the begin

  • great lesson, but in my opinion it's easier to play the A power chord in the chorus at whe e string :)

  • good video keep doing more there good

  • this is played with open chords bro.... your using power chords which is ok but harder to play that way and doesnt sound quite the same...... where are you learning this?

  • @downpaymentblues311, i think malcolm plays it using barre chords or power chords, and angus uses open chords. so i think this lesson is pretty acurate. after all it would be poinless for both guitarsist to play the exact same chord configurations, and it wouldnt add as much depth. its always good to learn chord progressions in several different configurations

  • 5* you're very good man can you do any lessons about nirvana?sorry my english im portuguese

  • don't worry about its okay. By the way the power chords that i showed for that part are the same notes you described but in power chord form to make it easier. thanks

  • Right. Depends on what sound you want.
