the light flooding in like water through facet, the glorious sound reverberating in the forest of stone.... I will definitely attend a mass at notre dame on my next trip to paris.

@mondrianian The altar aglow with candles, the organ in full flood, and incense rising to the rafters....everything Catholic.

B-E-A-UTIFUL. Never been there, but I vow to myself I will go there one day, and worship the Lord.
If you live in the USA, and get a chance, go to the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis on
Lindell - this pretty much reminds me of that.
The St. Louis Cathedral has the largest display of mosaics in the world on its walls and ceilings.
