  • Довыёбывался...

  • This was sad, but that guy was acting like a fucking dumbass. He could have avoided this by acting calm like a NORMAL human.

  • @Entsetzen1984 in civilised countries police don't murder people for being 'fucking dumbass'. When you massively outnumber and outarm someone there are a number of ways to restrain and control the situation without resorting to animal brutality, like the scum in this video demonstrate.

  • @creadcharles Oh hey, I agree with you man, but I can tell you if this guy could have avoided death that day. He did everything he was not supposed to do. He acted hostile, and made people nervous. He acted like an idiot.

  • To everyone here complaining about the police being brutal, hear this: I've went through police training, and I can tell you that this man brought this upon himself.

I don't condone the killing, but put yourself in the officer's position. In front of you is a man who is acting in a violent manner.

    Is he armed?

Does he have a gun or a knife?

    Is he mentally unstable?

Is he a THREAT to himself or others around him?

The officers are people too, with their own families waiting at home.

  • @zammyk This camera angle doesn't show everything. For all we know this man may have been armed or may have attempted something that put the officer's life in danger. From that point on, it's simple self preservation.

General rule of thumb - if you're in another country and you don't speak their language. The LAST thing you want to do is act aggressive and look like a threat. Because of the lack of communication, such a situation will NEVER turn out nicely.

    tl;dr - Don't be an aggressive moron

  • @zammyk You got it right.

  • Did they actually say "Russian interpreter?"

  • Don't taze him, bros.

  • He is obviously in some distress.

  • Every wannabe cop should be made to watch this video not once but several times during training. Especially egregious is the moment when Mr. Dziekanski falls to the floor in agony from the tasering and four RCMP fall upon him like savages. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

And WHAT exactly is the RCMP on the right doing at 8:16/7 with his club?

  • Every wannabe cop should be made to watch this video not once but several times during training. Especially egregious is the moment when Mr. Dziekanski falls to the floor in agony from the tasering and four RCMP fall upon him like savages. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

  • why the fuck didn't they call the paramedics?

oh that's right, long ass waits for socialized medicine .. that was just a joke..

but seriously, whats the response time for canadian paramedics? 2-3 months?

  • wat

  • sadly yes it happened here in canada and thats just another fine example of police brutality as we was on the floor in a ball like shit tasering him once was enough even use pepper spray or mase like come on

  • Cops fucking fascists!

  • zetsuumbreon, he speaks polish

  • and THEY call AMERICAS police system corrupt. racist fucks, thinking "he speaks russian"

  • He looks absolutely deranged.

  • He's an emigrant!!!, police should have known better. His actions were wrong by throwing a computer and table, but i think its because he's just frustrated and didnt know how to deal with it. 1) launguage barrier 2) he couldn't relate to anyone and talk because nobody knew what he was saying. and he wasnt cooperating with the first taser..wonder why, HE WAS IN SHOCK!. The police should have handcuffed him or pepper spray him. not jump straight to the taser. im unimpressed, he didnt have to die.

  • Why do people feel sorry for psychos?

  • @greyfox37

    I feel sorry 4 u, u hartless bastard

hope to see you soon in the same situation, wanna c ur actions then.

  • @maracio13 Well, considering I don't protest, picket, argue with cops, argue with authority without good reason and proof, and pretty much live my life, it will never happen. I feel sorry for you you can't type properly nor can you let a comment go after God knows how many months ago I posted my comment. You're only making yourself look like a fool for pretending to be self-righteous in front of strangers on the internet. Congratulations, tool

  • RCMP 1 - "He's not breathing..."

    RCMP 2 - "Ah shit."

RCMP 1 - "Oh well, tim hortons is hiring"

  • There's a lesson to be learned here, DONT-FUCK with Canada's comps

  • Did he dieded?

  • Yes, PonguigPeopinn, he "dieded".

  • so pretty much, they couldnt understand him..so they held him in a room for hours and when he gets pissed off they come in and taze him 5 times then choke him to death? fuck cops

  • man, those police officers are dumb shit, then again most police officers are.lol

  • rest in peace bro..

  • was he retarded/crazy? cus hes acting like it

  • You too would act "retarded" if you were held for 12 hours straight with no explanation whasoever.

Since he was from a piece of shit of country, the airport didn't bothered to provide the required translator to difuse the situation. That or they where plainly looking for an excuse to tryout their brand-new Electric Torture Device. 4 armor-clad guys against a disarmed person? C'mon! There's no excuse whatsoever.

He was already down when they delivered the deadly electrocution 3 more times!

  • Why not just wrestle him down and put on some handcuffs. geez you got 4 people there is that really that difficult

  • Figures a Russian'd say something like that.

  • Разве это умный человек? Конечно, его надо было не просто taser успокоить, а дубинкой несколько раз ударить. Лично у нас в России так делают, за то человек потом сразу же успокаивается, а этот ещё после taser брыкался, как бык.

  • What a sad way to go. :(

  • In 1:15 he says: "I'm gonna fucking destroy the windows, I'm gonna fucking destroy those widows here"

1:45 "Fuck dammit, I'm gonna sue you, I'm gonna sue all of you"

ahaha, really. You know what? What would you do on his place - you can't understand no one, no one can understand you. You are being held for something like a dozen, or more hours in a goddamn room and you don't know why.

Why didn't they just call the Polish Embassy to translate everything? I totally don't understand.

  • What exactly are they supposed to do with this fuckin nutcase creating havoc in an international airport in the age of terrorism?

Supply him with more chairs and tables to throw around?

They tried to reason with this stupid bastard for a reasonable amount of time before taking steps to stop him. Non lethal steps that accidentally turned fatal for him.

He started this shit, acting like a fuckin loony in a public space and he got what was coming to him.

  • That dude was odiously held without an explanation for 12 hours straight in that stinky-ass waiting area.

Not even Jack Bauer could endure that torture.

"More chairs"? What for? He didn't even threw the only chair he had. But of course, that is the opinion of a Gringo who believes that only his Master Race has rights and everybody else is just either a terrorist or a "fucking euro-trash".

If it were a Gringo the chair-throwing was 11 hours 49 minutes past due.

Grab a chair = death penalty

  • You're thick as shit. LOL

Death sentence? They tasered him you low iq piece of absurdity. Something that happens to a lot of people who lash out aggressively whether they are a "gringo" or not you dimwit.

Look around youtube and you will see many "gringos" being tasered for a lot less than this nutcase did in an airport.

You stupid idiot. Got an inferiority complex going on there? Tough. LOL

  • @furry Polish people are "Gringos" too, I don't get your point.

  • @SunMan6A6

    So, what's your point?

Trying to distract from the real subject because you felt the dot on the "i" is missing and vital to the comment at hand?

    1. He got KILLED for nothing.

    2. That DEATH was 110% preventable.

    3. Gringo, per DICTIONARY definition (not mine), usually refer to white people from the USA.

    4. If that happened to any of your fellow gringo, your response would had been less despondent and odious.

    5. He was somebody's son.

    Justify that, G-R-I-N-G-O.

    Nice try.

  • @furry

I'm Dutch but I'm a Gringo, yet a Polish person is not a Gringo? I think you may just be retarded.

  • @furry

Also, this took place in Canada, not the USA. Take your White-American bashing to another video where it would be more appropriate.

  • @flurry

well fuck you, and this happened in canada, not USA moron.

  • Tasers are barbaric and electric shock is deadly. Why not hit him with a tranquilizer dart and take him down quietly without the violence?

  • I don't think killing them is reasonable. there were 4 police officers there, they could have easily dealt with him without tazering him 5 times.

  • Oh, I agree fully. I think his death was an unfortunate result of what happened, but the blame falls on his shoulders as well as everybody else involved.

If he had conducted himself with some civility, he might still be alive today.

  • @VHOBSESSED78

you idiot, civility? do know he was from, do you know his background, do you know what kind of shit he had to deal with in his life. he was ignorant, which is why he acted the way he did. lets say your from another shit-hole country, you speak in a completely different language, and then you move to another country to try to start over because of this shit, but then you get held in a room for 12 hours, without understandoing why your there. but yuorself in his shoes, moron

  • @Mikkael365

Sorry, come back when you can spell.

  • @VHOBSESSED78

i realize that my spelling was shit, but did you even read it. even the moronic of the moronic could still understand what im trying to say. did you read it, or simply dismiss it because my spelling sucks. i'll say it again, you do not understand his situation any better than the rest of us. civility is just another word people use to berate and isolate people you can not understand. did you ever talk with this guy, no, ever lived with him, no, then why are you judging him.

  • When asked to comment about allegations of excessive force and the possibility of criminal charges, the offending RCMP stated "I did it for the lulz, eh?"

  • Welcome to Canada! *BAabzbzbbzbzbzbzzz!!!*

    hehehehe

  • Those piece of shits!

    What a fuckig shame!

    Here goes the free country!

  • ..."God Bless America" home of manslaughtering facisst assholes who kill foreingners for the lulz because thier too fucking stupid to get a translator!, yerr am sure god loves you all!, i mean jesus christ !he was in a corner and he wasnt about to do anything more..WHY TASE HIM? they had NO reasson to, they didnt do thier jobs properly they should all be in jail now

  • This happened in Canada.

  • ...really? i heard differently, dont matter this sort of shit stil happens all the time and its entirely wrong, and to be honest i cant tell much of a difference between either country, ignorant? yes i am but im really not bothered this shit just gets to me

  • Do u think the canadian publics view on this is different from everyone else in the world? I live an hour away from his air port and i can tell u for a fact the only people who think the police were in the right in this situatuion are the copsthat are tasering him. This case IS in court and these cops probably WILL be charged.

  • LOL YOU'RE A FUCKING CANADIAN IDIOT.

  • One of the guys that murdered Robert Dziekanski has now been caught driving drunk. He should be in jail for the protection of the citizens

  • Fanfardon is a moron, and the RCMP are murders.

  • they say he speaks Russian, but it's Polish.

  • No. It is not Polish. It sounds more like Roma. Dziekanski was of Roma origin. Just look at the name carefully. Dziekanski-> Zikan->Gypsie.

  • He is Polish, read the article about him in Wikipedia, and I'm sure he was speaking Polish (it is very much similar to Russian). By the way Romas have got nothing in common with Gypsies, so you are not right, as well as your linguistic "findings" about Robert's last name.

  • Wikipedia is about 93% bs put out by incompetents. Ask anyone in the Gypsie community and they will tell you Bob was one of theirs. The Romani have a long tradition of alcoholism, much as do the indigenous or dispossed people of Canada, Australia, South America etc... and due perhaps to the genocides they suffered they have turned to the bottle as solace for life's hard knocks. I mean, come on. Who is so frikken dumb he takes 10 hours to get out of airport? He was clearly in deep, confused, DT.

  • He didn't know French or English just to understand anything in that Canadian airport. He is 100% Polish because he has slavic surname, and he wasn't under the influence of alcohol for sure. By the way in accordance with what you have written you have not the least notion about real life in Eastern Europe, if you want i can tell you something in private conversation. I want to debunk these stupid myths (like genocide, alcoholics, poverty etc.)

  • The only thing I know about genocides is that the Czechs wiped out most of the Gypsys in their country and that in Poland after WWII the communist government offered money for each Gypsy head brought to the town square. Poles pretty much eliminated all gypsies and to this day have an unofficial "whipping of the gypsy" ceremony. I won't elaborate. Dziekanski can be distilled into dziekan. In Polish cygan is a gyspy. SO you understand his name is a corrupted version of Gypsy.

  • all it took is ununiformed personel to escort him to immigration with DIGNITY

  • People coming in on Canadian arrivals have their dignity taken away, stupid questions always asked by Canadian immigration, like where are you coming from and what did you do there, the fuc is important for them what I do outside the country and where do I stay, a lot of times questions asked by inexperienced teenagers.

  • Sad for this man, alone, nobody could have pointed him to his family? more training handling procedure after use needed. never leave suspect face-down, obstruct his breathing in any way (2 or more people applying pressure on the lungs / heart). allow recuperation time, never multiple tasers w/o prior history. case example and slightly more common situation for a cop in europe (1 man approach, calm and wait for interpreter).

  • that red headh moetherfuckin cop just fuckin killed the poor dude

wjhaaaaaaaaaat? what kind fuckin country canada is?

  • What I wanna know is why the fuck did youtube remove the other version of this video? This is fucking relevant, we don't need some fucking moral guardian busybody coming along and saying "think of the childrens!!!111" ToS, my ass.

  • For Christs sake he didn't speak a word of english and obviously had mental heath problems. Couldn't they cuff him? after he was tazered. That police officer that knowingly & viciously KILLED Mr Robert Dziekanski should be stood down immediately from active duty. It is a scary socieity that we live in when the very people that take an oath to protect & serve are allowed to committ murder.Remember they are our public servants & have a duty of care.

  • He didn't have mental problems. He had been waiting at the airport over 10 hours. They tazed him 5 times while he was already restrained.

  • This is 1 of the most disguisting abuses of human rights that I have ever seen. The man was already restained by 4 officers when the red headed cop got up & struck him in the head or back of the neck or spine with the end of the baton on no less than 4 times & with what can only be termed as excessive force.

  • I don't even want to express my opinion, it doesn't matter anyways. But at the end I don't think he was hitting him with his baton he was just retracting it by hammering it into the floor. Are you talking about another point in the video?

  • Clearly a man in acoholic withdrawal. I've see these characters before. They can take you head of before you know what's happened. No amount of interpreting would have done anything. And please note that heart attacks happen in 20% of cases of severe alcohol withdrawal.

  • Sickeningly it was announced today that these four officers -- one of whom has since killed another person, while driving drunk, and is awaiting trial on that charge -- will NOT be charged in the Dziekanski killing.

  • Mister slacker, cbc says that Robinson, the other one you are talking about, has not been charged in that death. Not yet, anyway. If this case is an example, and if the RCMP investigate, he probably won't be either.

  • this is a video showing three human beings murdering another using electricity.

  • I'm a major supporter of law enforcement officers, but if they had taken the time to find an interpreter, they might have avoided everything that happened.

  • lol. I'd like to see how you'd fare in somewhere like Hungary, smart guy. If simply being ignorant deserves death your days are definitely numbered.

  • From Wednesday's Globe and Mail

    September 30, 2008 at 10:10 PM EDT

VANCOUVER — A man has died after Mounties in the Vancouver suburb of Langley used a taser to subdue him after he jumped out of the window of a house.

Police said the man died en route to hospital Tuesday afternoon.

  • I felt that the RCMP handled this situation very unprofessionaly. They upped level on the Use-of-Force, and agreed to taser Dziekanski before they even entered the area where dziekanski was. Its unfortunate that the he died however, it is due to police actions which brought it to this. Coming into a foreign country , he expected to be helped before 10 hours had passed, a completely foolish thing to expect?. RCMP are supposed to be help and protection in this case agents of death no common sense.

  • WOW so canada's as bad as the u.s. huh?

  • This Poland-or-so-what guy was aggressive. I call this playing with fire. Obviously, he did NOT deserved to die for this but he wasnt very intelligent. Anyone that has at least a brain knows it's not a great idea to scare the shit out of the ppl in the airport with such a behavior, especially since the terrorism reign. For sure, the RCMP agents were very aggressive and the guy was unarmed... I don't call this murder... it's more like an accident.

  • From the video, it's clear that they was suprised of his death and continue to check if the fact really happened, or he was only very unconscionouss

  • Welcome to Canada, motherfucker!

  • i suppose you would rather police use real guns?

  • he got stabbed by a police club after being hit by tasers two to four times

    O.o

  • No he didn't your being stupid now. The battons they use have exceptionally powerful springs behind them. To close them you have to slam them on to the floor untill they fold up.

It was a unecassary death but they police are not murderes, and i am not sure they should be charged with man slaughter, or if they are there should be leniance showed. It is a sad incident but it is a very nfortunate truth that now weapon is entirely non lethal, things happen, weapons are designed to stop or kill.

  • to Appclypse:

Manslaughter is not murder, because its not done with the intention of killing (malice). Punching sbd in the face and killing him as a result would be considered "manslaughter"

  • I understand that but i almost feel that this is a very special unfortunate case, they are police officers and these things do happen.

  • Wtf are you talking about??? They were 4 and he was alone. There was no need to use a teaser, they could have grab him or something instead. All they learn is to use a teaser?

He was polish citizen, like iam and its really sad to watch this.

  • Well first of all considering it is a "safe" weapon, why should they put themselves at risk simply to restrain him when they have a tool to do it for them?

Of course you would say that he is a citizen of your country is he not? Therefore your opinion will be biased, now maybe that is very callis of me maybe you are sad to see him die, maybe you just don't like to face the fact that these things happen.

  • he was clearly confused... why wasn't anyone helping him do whatever the hell he needed to in order to get out of there? So weird, then the cops just come and kill him... pretty shitty way to go. Homey needed a phrase book!

  • he only spoke Polish and the police had no translator available at the time (from what i've read) And they didn't intend to kill him. It was just an unfortunate by-product of a poor decision

  • The guy is clearly UNARMED. FOUR policemen try to arrest him and instead kill him. This is clearly a MURDER.

"If you come to an airport acting like that, your life is forfeit."

So whats next? You yell at street and policemen come and shoot you in the head for "acting like that"?

What would be a penalty for theft then? Burning at the stake?

  • He is unarmed but you must understand that just because you are unarmed, does not mean you are not dangerous. He was disorrientated clearly, people like that seem to lash out, they took a course of action which prevented him hurting them or any bystanders. His death was not a murder, a murder is defined by the want and intent to kill somebody, as i said this is a dreadful accident. I personally believe taht the appropriate amount of force was used to subdue him.

  • Appclypse

"a murder is defined by the want and intent to kill somebody,"

I think it is called second degree murder or at least "manslaughter." Don't you think?

  • And we dont' even know what he said behind the glass, we couldn't hear at all. The police were clearly unable to apprehend him to handcuff him, and he was acting very violently, so they needed to taser him in order to handcuff him. It's unforunate that he passed away as a result, but I think that they made the right decision.

I can only begin to IMAGINE the thumbs down on my comment.

  • So do i regrettably people do not like to see what the real world is, unfortunately, like. Innocent people die, sometimes by accident sometimes on purpose. In this case it was an accident, i don't believe that the intention to kill the man was there. It is said that this happens but it does and will continue to. Less than lethal is always better than lethal.

  • okay easy there, murder is the intent to kill, and I doubt there is any. It would be almost impossilbe to prove intent. Manslaughter is the word you're looking for, but not murder...

  • That is very sad , but that was a result ,when someone arrived to another country , without a "regional lenguage" , He came from Poland and I really want to know , why he came to the Canada ?

  • The sad part is that we can't do anything about it... Did these officers get charged? No? Why not? Were powerless. Who keeps these guys in check. This isn't Iran, this isn't Soviet Russia, this is Canada...

  • look at 8:20-9:00:

The officer with red hair has a weapon, he beats hard, three times on the exact place where Dziekanski's head is lying. Before the suspect fights, after he isn't moving. That looks like the kill to me.

Afain, it is not normal to beat a man that is already cuffed. Also the beating should never be to the head and it shouldn't be done with the pointy end (that's dangerous).

The fragment clearly shows that Dziekanski is alive after the Taser hits and before the bashing.

  • An expandable police club of that type is collapsed by hitting it hard on the end on the ground. If you watched 3 seconds later you see the cop stand up and clip the now 8 inch long stick back onto his belt. It is obvious he is standing there waiting, sees the threat is over and collapses his club to put back away.

  • Thanks I didn't know that.

  • So... Let me get this straight:

This guy has no idea what to do in an airport, starts getting angry and throwing things around for no obvious reason (just think what a normal person would do in this case), cops arrive, at 6.45 he makes a threatening move and seems to jump a cop and gets tazed (instead of being bashed)... and you all defend him?

Only questionable moment is at 8.27 - can't see what's happening there

  • lol...he waited 10 HOURS at that fucking airport...u would do the same.

  • No, I would not do the same. If I was in, say, Zimbabwe and didnt know Zimbabwian language and nobody there knew English or German or Russian or any of the languages I speak, I would have asked any person for help and I am sure they would have brought in a translator within 5 miuntes.

  • As I see it he gets hit in the head at that moment. After that he doens't move anymore. Nothing to do with the Taser, he got beaten to death.

  • Yeah, I thought myself like... What's happening there, but then I thought that the cop would have to be completely retarded to hit a taser'ed person. If he really did hit him like that, then yeah, it's just a plain murder.

Though I remember reading a report that said he died of a heart failure? :/

Either way, an airport security camera footage would have been much more informative if it was available

  • Ummm...he didn't get hit in the head....the officer needed to forcce his baton into the floor in order to retract it back into it's original position...

  • god rest his soul

  • So?

  • well,im sure, that one day fdkii will invade our country, and kill hundreds,no, thousands of us,before the policemen, and the soldiers will catch him,and bring him to jail.after that, the estonian army will invade country, and after three days they will rescue fdkii, and than fdkii became the fuehrer of estonia, and he will burn poland down...or are you british,or german?)

  • i think, fdkii is a real rebell, and he will destroy our nation with his comments on youtube.he is so brave, that all poles feel a real kind of fear, while reading his comments, and all polish football hooligans are running away, when they hear of fdkii, cause he will change the world with his comments, and destroy our country.greetings to all friendly canadians,ey,)

  • FDKII is dea* Nigdy nie obrażaj POLSKI i POLAKÓW bo to my dzięki IR*ANOWI możemy zrzucić bą*be na wasz kr*j. I zawsze będziemy od was lepsi ZAWSZE

  • Masz racje BYDŁO!!! Jesteś może polakiem???

  • Canadian bastards.

Your police excess bring you to hell.

  • Kanada to duży kraj szkoda że żyją w nim tacy ludzie jak na tym filmie:(

  • ya? And your a little bitch who needs a good smack but no ones there to give you one. oh well

  • Kurwy kanadyjskie!!!!!!!!!!

  • Perhaps, bydło?

  • That was deeply disturbing

  • Suddenly, mailing racists off to Poland to have pikes shoved up their asses doesnt sound like such s bad idea. Such as you

  • Ya, they should definitely be arrested for murder. What kind of a dense f***tard taser's a 50 year old man? He wasn't even really a threat. He was just confused and wanted someone to make sense of his situation, than four asshole RCMP officers thought it would be funny to taser him not once, but 5 times. I personally beleive they should disband the RCMP for this kind of embarrassment, and while they're at it, send the officers to Poland to be executed.

  • you are a person with hate in you. you deserve the taser much more than he did you are feelingless senseless idiot selfish who doesn't think about anybody else but you. go get a life and learn more about the world you frozen brain idiot

  • oo and the tasers the cops use those for fun it gives them pleasure sending 5000 watts of electricity through a persons body wat sickos canada should introduce capital punishment and show them wat its like

  • from wat ive heard he was lost for 10 hrs and no one helped him that pushed him over the edge for sure

  • the guy seems so over heated. he appears to be trying to keep the doors open. he is out of breath and acting erratic. this poor man.

  • my heart breaks for his family. did he even deserve to be tasered? why couldnt 5 cops put cuffs on him when he didnt seem to be fighting or running?

  • WOW! Those cops are big now! They actually shot someone for the first time in their life and they probably think that they are sooooo cool! I AM ASHAMED TO BE CANADIAN AT THE MOMENT, AND THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN VERY OFTEN. THE CANADIAN AUTHORITIES MAKE ME SICK! (I am also Polish)

  • I hear there are planes leaving this country everyday....feel free to take one....

  • I have to say, Vancouver airport sucks! There never is anyone there to assist you

  • 1655

    1772

    1793

    1795

    1939

    1945

I think these were more decisive than your pathetic little conquests

  • Let's think... Stopping Teutonian knights wave is not obvious - right - but if stopping muslim flood in 17th c. and communistic one in 20th is not decisive for European history...? Strange views. But most likely - just ignorance.

  • Polackland played a very minor role in both these incidence. You have exaggerated them because of feelings of inferiority...and ignorance.

  • Well - I cannot deny - I have a bit of fondness for them, cause I know lots of them. As for interpretations of history we'd rather need somebody to judge it, 'cause no matter what I write you can use that same argument again...

  • My pathetic little conquest is your mother. Snap, youre my bitch now.

  • I think the system failed him ultimately a combination of incompetence on the part of the YVR airport staff and having a lack of sufficeient services to help non english speaking travellers.

I don't really think anyone is to blame except the system and unltimatly their will be changes and for the better i'm sure.

  • TASERs are a form of torture that can kill, the UN's Committee against Torture declared after several recent deaths in North America."The use of these weapons causes acute pain, constituting a form of torture,'' the UN's Committee against Torture said."In certain cases, they can even cause death, as has been shown by reliable studies and recent real-life events", the committee of 10 experts said. The UN already condemned Canada for its ill treatment of the homeless.

  • i'm sorry but i don't think the UN has any right to even condem canada for any act of in-humanity towards any living being human or not. The UN if anything should be taking lessons from some Canadians..for example retired Lt. General Romeo Dallaire, where was the UN's compassionate treatment for the Rwandans.

  • Honestly living here in Vancouver, i know that some RCMP officers just love to use their toys and love the sound of their own voice so to speak, but that's besides the point. However though, in thier minds they were doing the right thing.

  • RCMP Head William Elliot (dubbed Commissioner Tazor by the Canadian public)- "We believe that further research, particularily with respect to Conducted Energy Weapons and excited delirium, is needed and we welcome yesterday's announcement that the Canadian Police Research Centre has been asked by the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police to conduct further work in this area." Any VOLUNTEERS? Tazing could be an Olympic sport and you the target!

  • well if offered a tazer to the chest or a bullet my friend, you choose which target you would rather be.

  • does anyone know what he was actually saying?

the cops definitely shouldve waited until an interpreter came. if they had waited for the russian interepreter, they would've been able to determine what language the guy spoke (polish)

its just a tragic misunderstanding, in my opinion

  • Ya wait for an interpreter...thats smart. We now know what would have happened, but in that present time when he was throwing computers around and having a fit NO ONE knew what he was goin to do next. The cops did what they had to do.

  • I think you need to be taserd to wake up you idiot fuck head. there is no justification for killing this person they could restrain him easy they were 4 F cops not one plus he had no weapons he wasn't shooting at the cops

  • does anyone hear the security guy saying there are 300 passenger coming in 5 minutes...the area needed to be cleared....4:19 the guy recording sounds like he knows this guy is a problem....5:07 recording guy wants the police because this guy needs to be dealt with..6:15 what is said by the guy recording?

  • fucking canada... if they come to poland we will fuck them like they didi fucking racists by the way I was born in Toronto..

  • yo, don't go hating us canadians...we're more embarrassed than anyone. Hey, if it were up to me, I'd send 'em to poland just so you guys could have the fun in choosing how to execute them. We're on your side man, so if you start hating canadians just because those RCMP officers are a bunch of fuckin' retards, then you'll just be the racist.

  • your a dumbass
