This look Eve gave the young lady is perfect for a job interview or if you work in an environment that requires a more conservative look (law or doctor office, teacher, etc). But the first woman wanted to have a natural look for everyday. now, this woman already had beautiful skin, and what does she do? put foundation...for what? all she needed was some tinted moisturizer flesh tone lipstick, a little concealer for dark circles, and a brownish eyeshadow. Im not dissing this woman cause she is talented, but this look was not natural to me, it looked clownish.

Eve, thanks for the help. I'm a none makeup person. A few years ago when I was getting married I had to hire a makeup artist because I have know idea what I'm doing. My husband like to see me with some makeup so I'm trying to learn. i think I look good without it but its nice to have a different look.

she looks GORGEOUS! I think it is cool that Eve's technique works for every skintone and almost every eye shape. It doesn't have to be complicated. I don't have to be intimidated with all the different eye shapes when I do someones eye makeup.

@amaris94 Women of color basically refers to non-caucasian. I am a light-skinned woman of color and these tutorials have helped me. It seems as though Eve brought in multiple women to have a range of "women of color." I think a darker-skinned model may be coming up. So it's unfair of you to say that the model was not a good icon for woman of color, I found that insulting.
