  • 10 is good!! I just watched your vid again and at seven you still looked like you were good for a few more. Why did you stop??

  • I wasn't doing them as an actual exercise...moreso just to teach people how to do them...

  • ah ok, well your form was perfict. Have you tried hanging knees to elbows?? They are not quite as hard as these but still give the same feeling and results.
