Society says skirts are "female" due to associative reasoning yet the farther back in time one studies the less there is of pants on men. Pants are a HORSEBACK garment. Factory work in WWII put 17 million US women in pants, otherwise, the NY Times would have continued to call for women in pants to be sent to "hospitals for the insane" see May 27, 1876, page 6 "A Curious Disease" on women in pants. The Greek army has a unit of men in pleated skirts. Both styles are SEX NEUTRAL by anatomy.
