  • Looks like all the dirt mainly gets picked up at the front of the mop.

  • when u got the shark steam mop did it come with the carpet glider free in the box

  • You are a retard! It's uses water of course you would have to refill how else do you think you get the steam! The carpet glider works fine - your video had no steam whatsoever coming out of it! The steam ( usually heated to 120 to 240 degrees ) kills germs( odors! ) that's what the mean by freshen! And you say it leaves floors wet ? What fucking mop doesn't ? Yet it dry quicker than water applied to the floor! The whole point is so your not using chemicals!

  • That's for posting!

  • Side note on the stain that didn't come up: Some stains go beyond the surface and actually stain the material, once it sets into the material itself, these stains are nearly impossible to get out.

  • I LoVe my Shark Steam Mop ! ! !

It cleans good for Me .... I use Tap Water & avert had s Prob yet ..... It will b a Year on Black Friday ( i got for $49) & I use it 2 X's a Week. My Daughter & my Sister r gonna try to get 1 this Blk Friday. They've tried mine n like it too. There r always gonna be Dudes in almost any products. That Is Scary that the 1 Exploded. Kids should be around this either with the steam & all tho.

  • nasty carpet.

  • Mine just exploded --the attachment where the head/mop piece clicks on, literally exploded, with steam and hot water. My children were right there and it scared the hell of us. I am so angry. I've used it less than 10 times, and paid over $100 at BJ's Wholesale club.

  • I have the sad experience of the use of such mops. Before you buy such a thing is better to read more reviews. Youtube won't allow me to post the link to useful steam mop site here so I have posted it in my profile.

  • Thanx for link

  • thanks for the review. the product wasnt a total rip off at least.

  • Tomorrow June10th we are offering for the deal of the day,

  • great video davidm2232!!!!!

  • I've used this before and I think it works pretty good...

  • @lovemymomma I agree with you. I have used mine numerous times and have never had a problem with it. I don't know what these other people are doing to break theirs. Must be rough moppers.

  • mine broke in half after 5 minutes....

  • I love that at the 2 minute mark the stain on the florr is'nt removed and the camera pans away!

  • i just had sex with my steamer

  • @rocky038 That hurts! LOL

  • oh god NEVER use steam on carpet floors! it delivers a lot of humidity in it letting funguses and bacterias colonise it..! just use a very god carpet brush (i'd suggest Vorwerk).

  • so which one work better shark steam mop or HAAN steam mop

  • piece of junk

  • thank you 4 you all comments i thank we need to go to our grandmom time & get a mop and bucket & broom STOP GOING 4 INFO ON TV & kid can play on the floor AFTER it is dry like we did WTF

  • Directions even say that if its leaving wet marks behind, the pad is too wet and needs to be changed.

  • i have the new shark steam mop and i like it not love it... and the firth ((FUNNY)) thing was to always wear SHOES when using??? and never leave it in one place for to long lol,, its just steam..

  • its great u all suc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you for posting this video of this piece of crap product that to show others weather to get this or not. Valuable footage.

  • owned this for a year and am not as satisfied w/ the product. here are the downsides i have experienced: #1. if you have light colored floors, (i have white tile), it pushes the dust/dirt around even after vacuuming w/ a dyson floor tool #2. stem = flimsy, #3. pad too thick for steam to pass thru, basically just wets the pad making it hot/warm #4 steams for about 10 min. #5 you have to pump it. would recommend another like a HAAN or possibly the Shark 2 Steam mop. but i'm not a happy w/ this one

  • i saw one at my big lots and it was sold out but it had a 100% great price $55.00

but like i said it was sold out they had another steam mop copied by it but it was sold out too but i 'll buy it when comes in stock so if they have at your big lots for that price i hope it wasn't on sale have a great day : )

  • damn i just ordered one and the main complaint is flimsy..i hope its nottt

  • my opinion,is to just use a mop, doesnt need electricty, can use any type of water, and still gets the job done!

  • why would you want to spread dirty water on your floors and you spend a lot of money on detergent

  • lol most people hardly know how to mop, thats why some end up with dirty water, and you really dont need to spend a lot of money on detergent, its just a floor, its getting dirty one way or another. im not trying to start a arguement about mopping,im just saying, and thanks for reading my first comment! =)

  • i know but if you have a baby would you want them to crawl on that floor

  • I use the steam mop twice a week for the kitchen, the hall and the bathroom around the batch the sink and the toilet. I think if your not a clumsy havey handed clown the thing does a great job and plenty sturdy enough. Constant topping up has to be done but then what do you expect? let it run dry and Id imagine its not long before its wrecked. Had ours over a year and would buy another one. It doesnt replace a brush but it sure does replace a mop and bucket.

  • @thorpeman I agree. You aren't supposed to put your full weight on it when mopping. I've had mine for several months and have had no problem with it. I like that it doesn't use chemicals to clean, trying to get away from so much of that in my house.

  • i would use that for cleaning my ass after i take a shit

  • Mine snapped in half after 5 uses. I weigh 125 lbs. Flimsy piece of junk.

  • The carpet glider attachment may not appear to do anything, but I would think that if there were mites and/or other invisible critters in the carpet, then steam would/should kill the little buggers. Just a guess.

  • The thing did a good job for my walls and was easier than for the floor.

Use a blacklight and watch it push the dirt around and leave glowing streaks. Doesn't even touch the grout. The thing needs wheels

  • Just bought one and it came with steam bottle for $80.00. and bought it December 27

  • I saw one in Target and the handle wasnt flemsy

  • It might if you have a special deoderizer chemical

  • dude i got one too, and it is the bomb

  • damn it... watch what? :P

  • This is a funny and informative video. I was thinking of getting one, but I wanted the steam mop to get into grout. I don't think this does, does it?

  • Good review ... very informative! Thanks!
