For what ever reason this is the only horror movie that really gave me nightmares when I was a kid

OMG, I've been looking for this movie for years! Never knew what it was called as I was only 5 when I first saw it and it scared the bejesus out of me. All I could remember was the last few scenes of the film and the dream sequence with the coffin and guy in black. Creepy!

Sorry been watching the clip and noticed that at 00:07 K.Blk smashing window...00:09 Olly Reed is crawling away from the house...(where K.Blk.smashed D Window)..00:21 K.Blk..Comes running up frm D Garden..at 00:23..A Oscar Performance by screaming with D head shake...before jumping into the pool...(how did she get frm house to bottom of garden so fast and what was point of smashing the bloody window)

This is one of my all time classic horror films...it's not a slasher, it a good old spooky story that as great ending, plus it's got a great cast, The legend Oliver Reed, Karen Black,Bette Davis...and course last but not least the hard looking geezer in those dark glasses...

The ending of this movie still scares me to this day! Bette Davis is fantastic, as always. Oliver Reed doing his thing. Great acting for TV... a must see!

i have to disagree, cordially of course, the end of the movie scared the FUCK out of me when i was a kid!! this would come on late at night and me and my cuzzinz would sit up and watch this cause it would be on tv or showtime and we would not be able to go to sleep!!! that look on her face at the end STILL rattles me and im 37!!!

Forget the ending, Once Bette Davis died in the movie, that was it. There is absolutely NO OTHER REASON to see it.
