The Sea Shepherd is a tub full of naive idealists that are going to get people killed out there.
International law is not on their side and instead of being out there trying to kill someone (a real person) they need to work on changing international law.
These nuts have no more rights than the whalers they are trying to kill.
Oh shut up, they haven't so much as harmed a hair on someones head in 30 plus years, the whalers are the only ones out their attempting murder, hell they're responsible for killing 3 of their own. International law is on Sea Shepherds side, World Charter For Nature, haven't you wondered how they're allowed to do what they do. Trying to kill, your a moron if you actually believe they're trying to kill anyone.
Sea losers are going to get someone killed out there and they are so dumb it probably will not be one of them.
Australia recently said these nuts could argue that Japan's whaling is illegal before the International Court of Justice or the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.
That is the thing to do, not taking the law into your own hands putting lives in danger, silly.
@MissingGWdotcom WORLD CHARTER FOR NATURE, IT WAS WRITTEN BY THE UN AND IT IS BINDING. Sea Shepherd is already taking Japan to court post whaling season.
Well after looking at it it is not the UN but there was a lower court ruling in Australia they think gives them some mandate as on the sea shepherd web site.
However it also says sanctuaries only apply to commercial whaling, Japan has continued to hunt whales inside the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary because its whaling is done in accordance with a provision in the IWC charter permitting whaling for the purposes of scientific research.
There whaling is not done in the accordance of the IWC, it's been proven that they hunt species of which they're not allowed, they have meat stolen by whalers for embezzling. There are so many things that they're doing that is illegal, including ramming, and attempting acts of murder.
Also note Japan also lodged a formal objection to the sanctuary with regard to minke whales, meaning that under IWC rules, the terms of the sanctuary do not apply to Japan with respect to minkes.[3] The catch of the 2005 season (Dec 05-Mar 06) inside the sanctuary included 856 minke whales and ten of the endangered Fin whale. In 2007 - 2008 Japan planned to take 935 minke whales and 50 fin whales.
You're a fool, for one thing those numbers you have are wrong, Japan does not only hunt two species. Sea Shepherd is allowed action by the World Charter for Nature.
Now can Australia enforce their own court ruling yes but have they no. Go figure
It is not the the job of the nuts of the Sea
Shepherd to play sheriff on the high seas. These nuts need to go home an let countries and courts monitor and deal with these issues. Now if the Sea Shepherd nuts want to fight for whales safely on shore then go for it.
The high seas is no place to be playing these games.
They are breaking CITES, multiple maritime laws, they're not even following the rules of the IWC, they're not doing research making them in violation of the moratorium. Many legal experts are currently calling them out on the attempted murder of six crew members, and also for being in violation of CITES.

The World Charter for Nature is just as stupid as the fools ramming ships on the high seas all that tells you.

So you don't recognize the world charter for nature because you don't like it? That's stupid, then you could say all laws don't matter couldn't you.
