I have played Fight night round 4. Bought it July or june 2009. The punches are crap. The jab is crap, the straights are crap, the freeze is crap. Of course i didnt say that at the time, but looking back its awful. I still own Fight night round 4.

@Kumansa21 lol yeah like if you have friends that are willing to learn the controls and play it with you its one of the best fighting games ever, and its just really fun.. like i have cod and stuff and ufc 2010 but every onse in a while i put it in to play ali against tyson its really fun.

UFC has different gameplay. Can't really compare them side by side since this is boxing and UFC is mixed martial arts.

@jassimpacman I am both a MMA fan and a Boxing fan, and i can tell you that the guys in Mixed Martal Arts are alot more tough and train harder then 96% of boxers ever have done. You also have to have intelligents in MMA, as you have to know what your doing standing up, and on the ground, whilst in boxing, it just seems that every fight is either a slugfest (which is a bad thing) or very rarely, an actual good fight.

at first I played this game and I thought it wasn't that good. But sometimes I come around again for another round *no pun intended* and I try it again. And the second time around I realized this game is actually really good. It's worth a buy if you're a boxing fan

I notice a lot of people hate on this game, for the dumbest of reasons. They just wanted Fight Night Round 3 and a half, which would have sucked. Thank god they ditched EA Chicago and gave EA Vancouver a shot at making these games, because they made a truly amazing game.

yes when you are about to win a rank match people will quit (i dont know how they do it) and some how it ends up as a loss. now i dont fight any one with a dfn%(did not finish) greater than 10%. + people are cheating to keep the belts
