11 meters is a stepping stone for the amateur bands, I am going to get my licence but will not leave the 11meter band. I have been listening on amateur bands since Iwas a kid and there are some and I mean only "some" amateurs that are very "stuck up", especially when it comes to newly licenced amateurs. Thankfully the vast majority Ive encountered are very helpful,

I used to work 11, but due to all the bad language, music being played and idiots shouting and roaring i came away from it.

I think its a waste of a fantastic radio, which is a shame as 11 is a superb dx band when conditions are open.

there is the place for unguarded band like this cause it makes ppl being intrested in Amateur Radio . They can taste the fun of it, and make license afterwards.

That's a nice cb radio but it does more than the usual 27 MHz i guess. How much euro's does this radio cost these days?
