Hate to break the fact, but Shin was not "kiddy" friendly since Shin was Shotaro Ishinomori's view on what Kamen Rider would had been like if Toei wanted him to tone the violence.

I wish Toei should had marketed the Kamen Rider series to the outside world. Instead, we started out with Saban's weak adaptation to Kamen Rider Black RX.

I do not know because I think Ryuki's predecessors, Kuuga and Agito, should had been brought to America also. However, let us hope this American adaptation will make Shotaro Ishinomori more proud since Saban's writers made a complete joke to Black RX.

Then again, Ryuki's American adaption is by 4Kids, and I am starting to have a bad feeling of the production since anime fans seem to rant out on the way 4Kids do their adaptation.

American adaptations pale in comparison to the original versions.

Japan people are more mature and are able to watch more violence even as kids, that's the reason the intensity of the fights and storylines is dramatically reduced in the American adaptations.

Kamen Rider will only be good in it's original version and nothing else, unless America is ready for the REAL stuff.

Well, you got me there, because I've never seen Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, but you have to admit that the other Kamen Rider Saban once dubbed was horrible.

They may have been rubber suited monsters before because it was the 70's, but now it looks convincing enough.
