i really dont want to argue this with you, but MMA has more skill in boxing only for the simple fact you are allowed to do more therefore you got to worry about more. its easy to doge a few punches, but when you bring knees, elbows, chokes, kicks ect. into it. it becomes alot more tricky. im not disputing that boxing is good. cause the lower weight classes are good.
Im sorry you dont approve of our choice of music, not every-one will, however it is the theme song for what has turned out to be a successful TV program now airing in 3 countries. Also these women are great athletes perhaps a small clip like this doesnt show the true quality of their skills so if you could do me the honor of a few minutes of your time please check Primetimenz (princesses of pain) and watch the girls full fights
Disturbing development. Normally it's American uploaders who attach inappropriate, crap soundtracks to their clips, but this time it's someone from New Zealand. I hate frantically having to scramble for my volume control in order to put these things on mute.
please go to primetimenz (princesses of pain) and see if you still feel the same. This is just a clip and i can see why you might not like it but i will find it hard to believe you still feel the same about the athletes if you watch there full fights. Thanks B
Why not I say If guys can do it so can females. Everyone has the right to participate in what ever they please. My question to you would be why would you watch it if you don't like females that fight??
About 3 months ago my 12 year old daughter was beat up on the way home from school. She came home cring and her face was bloody. If that was YOUR daughter how would you feel.I then found out that the other girl did it to emulate her "heros" that do this. She was even saying out loud that she is so and so while she pounded on Lori's face.I'm here to learn as much as I can so I can stop girls from acting like this.Maybe start an organization.MAFF,mothers against female fighting.
I don't know the whole story to why your daughter was beat up. Hopefully your not just going on youtube to complain. If your a mother with any common sense you pressed charges. You can't blame women's boxing for some idiot who beat up your kid. Next blame music, movies and everythin else for the worlds problems. Besides I'm talking about trained women's boxing which is sanctioned by professionals. Good luck in what you do it'll never work.
So tell women who have a passion for combative sport that you want to stop them from participating. You'll get poor response. Stopping women from participating in any field of interest is a thing of the past.
I hope your daughter is ok. There are mental midgets all over the planet, and it isn't easy dealing with a lot of them.
Regarding MMA: Many of these women didn't grow up picking fights. They are athletes who get a thrill out of competition (in the ring). The girl who picked a fight with your daughter is likely not going to amount to much. She probably will never have the self discipline to become an MMA fighter.
That's a novel point of view. In general, we judge self-discipline by an individual's ability to suppress his own rage. You, however, see it reflected in an individual's readiness to kick the living shit out of someone.
I agree an enraged individual needs a lot of self discipline to suppress their rage. But, it also takes a lot of self discipline to be an athlete at this level. I have never picked a fight in my life, but I am a trained boxer and I competed from the time I was 18 until I was 27. You need a lot of discipline to be a good competitor. These athletes are in incredible shape and many of them are skillful, and it takes a lot of discipline, not rage, to put in the necessary time and work.
The trouble is that a sport has to be judged as much by those who follow it as by those who actually compete. It may be different in the States, but in the UK spectators at professional boxing tournaments will quite substantially comprise, shaven headed, steroid-pumped, tattooed, pitbull-owning neanderthals and the atmosphere at such tournaments will be intimidating to say the least. The crowd wants blood and knockouts, like the individual who put together this clip. It's life I'm afraid.
Best knockouts ha! I didn't see even one.

Did i say anything about there Athletisism ? No, they are skilled individuals theres no denying that.
I just said i have no interest for Women MMA. I find normal MMA tedious at times.
Boxing is my passion when it comes to combat sports, just down to preference.
I prefer skill and sportsmanship in a sport rather than senceless brutality.

Please. This really is a joke. Good MMA exists, and there are even some good women. These just aren't them.
