I hope all of you realize this isn't thee original Space Invaders. In the original you only get three lives and every board (not including mystery ships) is 990 points. In this version you can get quite a bit more than the original. I bet alot of these dudes think they're hot shit at the game then they go to an arcade and play the original haha And they cant get past the first board.
so basically, this game has no happy ending. Your efforts to save the Earth from aliens are futile from the start, no matter how many you kill they will keep on coming. You and your friends are dead. Game over
That's just how the game works. There is a row above you that is considered a "death zone". Once the invaders drop below that level, they've made a successful invasion and the game is over. It won't matter how many lives you have, once they land you lose.
