i have a q720 but dont have a good bike tecnishon and its shocks

have fallen in and are make hissing sounds

wondering if anyone can help me out, i bought the Q620 bout year ago. needless to say i have already worn out and bent the back rim. its a beautiful bike, well worth the money, just need to relplace the entire back rim. can anyone tell me a good replacement or where i can get a new one???? please help!!
