if you like garlic you should try adding in roasted garlic. It is the best way to have mashed potatoes

Yep, today is the 3rd day of recovery. It hurts like mad but I have meds to help with the pain. I am hungry for foods other than soup broth, mashed anything and popsicles. Hehee!  Thanks for wishing me well! :)

Another successful cooking tutorial. Wow...your mashed potatoes looks extremely delicious. Especially when you added the chives, oregano and basil seasonings. I have to try this recipe ASAP! I absolutely LOVE GARLIC...I believe you when you said that the garlic being saute smelled AMAZING! I bet it does *mouth salivating*

Thanks for the mashed potato tutorial! I love mashed potato! I always made a mistake though, where I would put the flavoring in AFTER mashing it all up, so there were a lot of places where it was more salty then others... haha! I won't be making the same mistake again! lol!
