@2:20 Technique #7: This is why I teach my students to never lead off with either a back kick or a spinning kick. I've seen too many people get bloodby and broken nose from initiating an attack leading with a back kick. .... However, I know what a lot of people will say, you can do it successfully if you are faster than your opponent. While true, I teach to never under estimate your opponent. many times I've played opossum to trick my opponent & I finished him off when he did a dumb technique.
what did you find to help you the most in training for the combos #5 and #8? Do you have any drills that I cold use that would assist in the foot work and speed, or would that be something that could be accomplished better by wieght training?
I don´t like the way they wear the uniform, besides the techniques are not well executed. In my opinion, his technique is wrong as well as his footwork.
i wanna sparr him sooo bad....see me i face a national champion of south korea every week so i mean this guy doesnt scare me but he does intimidate me
@IPwnAllAndLeaveNone you shouldnt be almost 3rd degree at 12... not a question of skill, 12 year olds no matter how good are not good enough to be a third degree. i was the best of my class i tested with 200 ppl for my black and recieved the best tester award, and theres still now way i couldv gotten my 3rd by 12
I liked technique number seven.. I was searching for this specific technique. The thing is that during practice my oponnet kept changing to open position to get ready for a back kick so I couldn't really much think of a way to score, knowing that back kick was comming..Thanks for posting.
he looks thick and heavy so he is great speed for his size. The only thing that messes me up when we practise combos like this is when people side step. If they clinch well then its end of story unless ur one of the people who like to steal points onthe break offs. If you are explosive enough a good defence is to spring forward as soon as they make a move, then take that point on the break off. Thats what you do against people who kick a lot typically
Incredible speed. I'm too slow to counter a roundhouse kick with a roundhouse kick. Ardy's not...but I suspect most people can't recognize a roundhouse kick coming and react to it before your opponent's leg arrives.
Love the combos... I practice and do them but i have a long way to go to improve my speed...
