Actually now there is 4 choices there's

VMWare Fusion which cost money

Parellels Desktop which also cost money

VirtualBox Which is free only for intel Mac's

Boot Camp which comes with Leopard or Snow Leopard

is there a way to install windows programs on a mac without putting windows on my mac? because i dont want windows on my mac - just some programs. and i dont want to buy them for mac again.

I am currently running parallels on 3 Macs in a workgroup. I am having a difficult time getting my PC and the Windows 7 VM on the Macs to see each other. They are on different subnets so I am going to try bootcamp to see if it will work better in for a workgroup. Otherwise, I'm stuck!

well boot camp you have to have a cd but parallels all you need is the .dmg or .img file
