This version may not be as "pumped" as the last one, but because of how most of the other soundtracks in SFIV are, it's still good. You guys gotta remember that they can't go almost complete techno n' melodies, then randomly toss out metal for one person. That'd be weird and out of place. Kudos to Capcom for doing things right, cause it still sounds great!

The melody can be listened more clearly, in that you are right but the harmonies and arpeggios in the original song are awesome and they took it away. Also, the tehcno at the main part sucks.

@zrifepsych Funnily enough Rufus' original design was made into an alternate costume for ken (the purple fur gi with sneakers), Rufus was originally going to be some Black mixed martial artist (probably another Ryu and Ken clone) but they made a lot of drastic changes to him and kept his concept design as an alt costume for Ken.

Akuma isn't Ryu's father, nor did ryu learn any moves from him. sakura probably doesn't even know who Akuma is. But it is that she wants to train under ryu and be stronger than him.
