There. Now you only have to read 1 comment.

  • i have one (skyhawk gt5 66cc). when i would go down this quarter mile hill i have been able to push 42mph according to my tom tom gps. Going on flat road i have topped out at 37mph. thats stock, 44t sprocket, normal nt carb, etc. i have a friend with the same motor with a 40t sprocket, cns carb, modified muffler, and some other mods. his pushed 45mph down the same hill and can do 40mph on the same flat road. his bike also has a faster acceleration but is much louder

  • I supose you wouldnt want to do a tutorial on how to adjust your carb to sound like that. I have same motor and just got done with break in period and now putting 25:1 gas fule mixture and my idle is out of control.

  • With a 44-tooth sprocket and no shift kit, your gear ratio is 18.26:1.

At 45 mph, your engine is turning 10,600 rpm, which is way past this engine's redline. Is this with an expansion pipe or modified stock exhaust?

How long can you hold this speed? Is this downhill or flat ground?

  • that's hard on the engine spraying degreaser through it....

  • this bike looks all the way the same as my bike.. too a tee man.

  • Mike what size drill bit did you use on your jet message me now

  • @MotorMan20091 3/16''

  • anyone know how to oil and tune the engine properly?

  • That's a very nice looking bike

  • beautiful

  • does this engine make electricity that you could run a light off of? im guessing not

  • @edm618 There is a white wire for use of a light, But it does not work well.

  • Hey buddy I just bought one of those how fast does yours go?

  • 45mph 72Kph

  • @Mustangmike232 no way on flat ground? did u buy a smaller sprocket or is that right the default design no modding

  • @Dookiebutt47 it has been modded and slightly tuned in the carb and exhaust and a NGK spark. sprockets stock 44tooth

  • @Mustangmike232 are you dumb theres no way you can go that fast with the engine and those stupid mods you have i have way more mods (check my channel) and i hit 65 kph on a 44 tooth sprocket the only way i can go faster now is too buy a diffrent sprocket

  • i have the same bike frame but in black, mines a 66cc skyhawk engine likes urs, except i got da power pipe also know as the expansion chamber on mine (looks like a bannana exhaust) much quicker, but alot more louder

    nice bike

  • Thats freaking awesome!! Im thinking about ordering one for myself. The Grubee SkyHawk GT5 66cc, head motor kit only tho. How much did yours cost?

  • also where did you get the cool gauges?

  • Have toy gotten it broken in, mine doesn't sound like that, but i do have the same engine on the same bike

  • are these things loud in person with the stock exhaust?

  • @offroadingmachine007 --- not really, unless you cut the baffle down in the exhaust and drill a whole through the bottom then it would be loud. otherwise pull the whole baffle out and you will be heard 3miles away. but no not rly loud in person stock.

  • ok good becasue my local laws are that anything under 50 cc can legaly be ridin in the bike lane without a drivers license, as long as its prety quiet.

  • mike that shwinn is fucking sick

  • hey quick question

howd u get urs to idle ? coz when i stop i gotta hold my clutch in and keep revvin my motor or itl turn off

  • ur idle mixture screw is fucked and its running to rich

  • These things sound horrible with the stock exhaust

  • thats why you take the sponge out of it.

  • what gages do you have?

  • @mechaniczman64 "" Moped tach and mph, they can be found online, the tack has this connection to the wire on the CDI and i guess it reads rpm... but ,mine isnt set up yet, the bikes in my closet haha for the winter

  • lols why dont u get a power pipe ??

my powerpipe is real uniaque one, like compared to other it shits all over em, u could hear my gasman from at least 300-400 meters away, ima make a vid of it soon once i get my magneto fixed and my carb

  • mike if i drill the jet to make it a little wider you really think it will work cause i don,t wanna mess up my jet

  • you know where i can get a guide on maintaining the motor bicycle engine? because i know ima need to really take good care of it.. =)

  • @aeTynoT562 just find a biik that has 2 stroke engine maintenance procedures. they can be found at your local dirt bike shop or Barnes and noble

  • theres a filter on the carb??

  • yeah, bu carb cleaning is also cleaning the bowl cleaning the tunnel nd jet. all that

  • sounds very smooth and sharp. good work!

  • where did you get the tack and spedo ? ? ???

  • awesome m8. i like the speed and the rpm meters on the steering weal

  • x3egb

  • hecktick im getting a skyhawk exactly the same as urs :DDDDDDDDDDDDDD

  • why did you put holes in the black thing?

  • The Black Exhaust... i Drilled holes for more poping sound and more high output. but now i have a silver exhaust with a shortly cut baffle

  • I have the same motor set up, its a "boy go fast" 66 cc gas motor. When you wired up your kill switch, did you just have it momentarily ground out the white wire?

  • the white wire coming from the CDI yes? that wire is for electrical uses-es like a light. i grounded my kill switch wire to the blue wire and that's it. the kill switch i have is different. you just need to ground the wire around the blue wire "strip wire" and it kills the electric flow.

  • wait, so if your riding on a road and you have to stop for a stop sign will the engine turn off if my bike can't idle?

  • possibly will turn off, just gotta keep giving the throttle lil glips. but it rly should just die like that, so there is something up with the fuel intake, i might as well just get a new carb cuz the one im using is from the other motor that has 850miles on it.

  • why thank you, i have over sized ignition wires on there and NGK spark, and now a clean flowing carb. ah size issue's well these cruiser's are most recommended for the needle nose kit engine
