@MiZzLe416 i just found out how to do it yesterday, u have to beat thee game on hard mode, then u unlock the Nosferatu, then u do the campaign on expert or hard again and you know how u have like maybe 3 operations on one mission? ABC, well u do 2, so that itll just say to do something else, then u look for a plane with a name on it, for example any plane will show up as a green square, these certain planes will show up the same but even when not locked on, (i have to do the rest on another one

so even when not locked on the plane will have a name next to the green box, but its not a marked TGT (target) you have to look for it among the green planes on the radar. kill them and you get the plane that they had, in a different special colour

what i do in that mission is i drop out from 4000 feet behind a low flying enemy and toy with them firing warning shots and then shooting them with missiles
