Dr. Madrigal is a wonderful doctor. She has really been there for my family. She truly cares about what is going on with her patients!

This is an excellent Doctor, however, I doubt we have the health care system in the world. She maybe is referring to the fact that SOME have access to the newest technology. Overall, we probably one of the worst health care systems of the inustrialized world. I've seen and felt firsthand the suffering of many here in the US, and believe we DO NEED healthcare reform.
