  • @SIGN666 Dude, Anarchy is about opposing authority. One does not do so by sabotaging, burning down and destroying everything in sight. That is authoritarian and counter productive. What you need to do is to make people aware of the state's true nature. The fight against oppression is not won by violence, but by enlightenment. Enlighten the masses and get the peace, love and anarchy which you, as well as I, salute.

  • what a bunch of faggots. anarchy is just another word for regression, get out of your fantasy land and get back into reality.

  • The action of one person does not represent those who share similiar beliefs. There is a lot of terrible shit going on in the world enacted by people of many backrounds and creeds, please dont judge people so hastily, also most anarchist are against the u.s. state as a dysfunctional, greedy and warring system, not the american people, or the beautiful land we inhabit.

  • You're right, how could society exist without prison camps and censoriship?! Lock up dissenters, and make smart people like our dictators!!!

  • a sideshow of irrelevant idiocy..

  • wast the song in the begining

  • how do you hear about this stuff i always seem to miss out

  • thats dope dont forget about the los angeles anarchist bookfair december 13th

  • More ginger is good for winter.

  • Seems like if anyone imprisoned for (acting on) his political beliefs is considered a political prisoner, there would be far more than 100 imprisoned persons in the US that fit that description.

  • What was the url for that book-copying site?

  • I didnt get it but his email is in the sidebar

  • so, any individualist sorts present?

  • I didn't run into any but that doesn't mean they weren't there. There were a wide range of anarchists there.

  • I wouldn't mind going to such an event sometime. Maybe I will go with a stack of books of my own.

  • Hell if you really want you could get involved and set up your own table. They're pretty open events. There was one guy trying to convince me to vote! He even gave me a sticker. I thought he was kidding, but he was serious.

  • Aren't all anarchists individualist by nature?

  • You know I went to the bookfair. It was great. Finally bought a copy of "The Society of the Spectacle", some Bakunin, CrimethInc stuff. I wish they held it more often.

  • I met the first guy who is talking (I don't remember his name) at a conference in PA a couple months ago. Cool guy.

What did you think of the Wayne Price discussion? He'll be speaking at our anarchist gathering next month.

  • Wayne and Chris both did an excellent job. I'm actually uploading the talk to Google Video now. So once it's up I'll throw a link in the sidebar here. Wayne is a great guy. What will he be discussing at your gathering?

  • Yeah the first guy is Sam with NYMAA. He's really cool.

  • smash the state!!!

  • What was the book copying website?

  • John, sorry I didn't get that info but I did get his email address you can find in the sidebar of the video. I'm sure if you contact him he'll point you in the right direction. My understanding was they had a temporary site up so things may not be going 100% just yet.

  • Ok, cool. I was at the Dublin anarchist bookfair recently, that was a great event. Thanks

  • I am glad you posted this! I could not be there, so it is always great to have a visual update on events such as this.
