  • I'm quite impressed by the vocabulary of this animation, especially considering the demographic.

  • omgomgomg!!!! thank you SO much for posting this!!!!! I've been searching everywhere for it, but I can only find that stoner-hollywood version!!! Dude, you're the bestest!!

  • God! How the heck did they draw all this stuff over and over again?!

  • @UpRunner6 same here, it probally took them like a year or so

  • @123viperdude Amen dude.

  • Was watching this at 1 Am.. Good good good movie.

  • @shadowninja708 I remember watching this years ago when I was little. And BTW, it also came with "Dr. Seuss on the Loose" as a bonus feature.

  • Haha, just realized when the mom walked by the window, she's not tall at all, she's smaller than the window, so very small.

    by TelivisionFTW1

  • 7:59 did he say cat teck?

  • 7:31 The cat is like this, "How can i do that?!"

  • 7:48

  • Okay. Who the freak disliked this movie? C'mon now.

    -.-

  • i find them at online book stores

  • yes my daughter is learning how 2 read with all the original Dr. Suess books!

  • 42-0

  • do anyone remember the dr. seuss book collection, i, think my mom purchased them all.later in life i, would read them to my step children , i, haven't keep intouch with them ,but, hoping they do the same for their kids.

  • boring

  • @angelspac2 then stop watching... -.-

  • daym i havnt seen this since i was 7yrs old and dat was back in 1996....

  • I'm only just realizing now that the fish has a lot of his dialogue outside his bowl, and is breathing in air, instead of water. So technically he would be gasping for water instead of continuously yelling...wow, the things you finally realize when you're older. :-P

  • Anyone else think Allan Sherman would've been a good voice for Hobbes the tiger?

  • It's fun using the translate captions. It's true they usally get things wrong, but it's funny trying to see them try to place words for the audio when the words aren't even real.

  • The girl is lucy from peanuts.

  • I just realized something. The fish hates the cat. Cats eat fish in real life...I never realized that.

  • This movie really has hardly a plot. I find that awsome how they make this so great without much of a plot.

  • 10:00 scared the shit out of me when i was younger

  • @adroitgenius2 boooo me tooooo! *cries*

  • 420!!

  • Wait the fish is calle Karlos K Krinklebine?!

    ....um

also, his personality has changed a lot since this cartoon, he's quite camp in the new TV series

  • @randomandproudqueen It's spelled 'Carlos', mate.

  • press 5 to hear him saying farting

  • As q

  • so the fish's name is krinklebine, the kids r going around putting marker on everything, the 8 year old kids can stay @ the house by themselves but i had to wait until i was like 12. now on to the cat...in the hat. did anyone else realize that he was brown!? that must hav been 1 heck of a saturday. they were all high.

  • when i heard the cat say moss-covered-three-handled-family-gradunza i was like What the heck is that

  • I think the Cat made up the theft of his moss-covered-three-handled-family-gradunza so he would have an excuse to stay and play with the kids!

  • inspired by doctor zuess

  • Krinklebine is a major sourpus times 10!

  • 0:00 - 0:13 it's raining chocolate :D

  • The "Crotunculous Shnunk" song was a Big Lipped Alligator Moment!

  • Did you guys notice how on the fridge door she wrote 420 backwords it was "024" and then on 9:34 she wrote "420" and then the fish was all pissed, are these subliminal messages maybe the illuminati wanted Dr. Seuss to include? what's with the line "calculate us eliminate us is the best friend that you've got"? wth?

  • @atord1987 you are very paranoid my friend

  • @ltm0011 so anyone who doesn't think like you is paranoid? psshh. even 2 people agree with TheFishWhat. Next =:

  • @atord1987 It's not "Calculate Us Eliminate Us". It's "Calculatus Eliminatus", a faux Latin name.

  • HnuswZccckec sol

  • forgot these existed.

i'm glad i found them again

  • Carlos K. Krinklebine, such a neat freak.

But if my green second generation Lightcycle didn't have air brakes, I'd be sad because my ride's destroyed.

  • who knew the Cat in the Hat was such a Chris Jericho fan

  • I never realized how absolutely random this is

  • Did you notice:

9:28 "keep your cool, don't go to pot"

    and

Calculatus eliminatus = Calculate us, Eliminate us

This entire movie has a different meaning, and quite frankly I'm scared :|

  • @TheFishWhat and they write 420 on the fishbowl.

  • The way to find the missing something is to find out where it is not.

  • Karlos K. Krinklebine, eh?

  • you will note, I am neat. Wiped my feet on the mat.

  • Fun, fun, nothing to be done ddddddddadadadadada nothing to be done

  • @BitingBENZILLA whatever dude, this is a Classic...Don't Hate

  • Happy birthday, Ted.

  • spongebob is still good. things like barney, new disney 3D version, sucks! I prefer the hand drawing cartoon.

  • @aiwoavril I'M W/ U ON THIS ONE

  • @aiwoavril Nah I have to disagree, SpongeBob wa decent when it FIRST came out....Watch the new episodes now...It will almost appear as if they ran out ideas

  • I'm 13 and i'm OBSESSED with dr. seuss....Jersey Shore is TRASH!

  • @CraftyGirlatHome MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER IM ALMOST 20, AND I STILL LOVE WATCHING STUFF LIKE THIS

  • great stories, I love the Dr Seuss' children books. But to see many stories in movies is a different experience. These were great times to entertain the children but we can still keep those days alive. Less tv and minus video games would take our children to be more imaginative. May all of us work together for a better future of imagination with the new generations.

  • i grew up on these types of movies, poor kids nowadays are watching things like jersey shore...

  • @snowboarddmonkey1 totally agree!!

  • @snowboarddmonkey1 Jersey Shore (which I never watch, thank God.) is intended for older teens, not young kids, such as this. Just saying.

  • @TelevisionFTW1 i know there are alot of teenagers that watch jersey shore, but ask anyone from ages 9 to 13, and most will tell you they watch it, unfortunately.

  • @TelevisionFTW1 Ur right...Kids nowadays are watching stuff like iCarly, Victorious, Spongebob, and a bunch of other corporate crap that just generates cheap laughs and base emotion...Stupid New stuff....Retro Forever =}

  • @DJSoUnDBoyy12189 Amen to Retro.

  • @DJSoUnDBoyy12189 okay thats an insult "tose kids are watching icarly, victorious and spongebob"Yeah right!!!!!!I'm ten and i hate those shows.I watch old specials like this,i watch schoolhouse rock,i watch looney tunes.none of that stupid new school junk

  • @TelevisionFTW1 But that doesn't mean they aren't watching it

  • @Revinita You might think they aren't, but anyone could be watching...

  • @TelevisionFTW1 i completely disagree with your statement.lol. i understand kids can flip channels and probably watch tthose kinds of adult shows but the way things are made in jersey shore and other stuff like that arent made to attract the kids brains. i mean honestly do you see a 3rd grader talk to their friends, omg did you watch jersey shore? lol. i think the age kids get into wanting to be cool is 13 14 and above, in middle school they start watching that stuff

  • @Revinita ...that is what he just said...

  • @TelevisionFTW1 Exactly, i hate when they say kids watch shows like Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Jersey Shore... like wtf, no, they dont. thats a whole different age group they are trying to target, not kids.lol

  • @snowboarddmonkey1 Or worse. The live action version of this. AAAHHHHHH!

  • @MagicofAlexo LIVE ACTION ISNT SO BAD

  • Dudes this special RULES it is my favorite movie ever and I lovedd it whan I was little and still do now!!!

  • Boy... those kid really don't have imagination.

When it was a rainy day I found tons to do

  • the sex pistols
