i can say there are many reasons for this situation, that has been present for 5-10 years. The corruption is a problem, a massive problem, yet the ridiculous population growth is also responsible for this. This is particularly the case as many of the poorer families are having 3,4, 5 or even over 6 children. This means that egypt now has a very uneducated workforce, and the egyptcian economy can not cope with all the new people in such a small space of time.
I find it highly amusing and shocking even, that Mubarak has been the president for 27 years! Surely the people aren't as stupid enough to keep voting for him!
These people are truly brave and patriotic to push for change knowing that they're risking their lives.
I pray things change soon for the betterment of the awesome Egyptians- they deserve as much as anyone else does in this world to live a life with dignity and to watch their dreams being fulfilled. That is the true legacy :)
The youth are the leaders of tomorrow and it is also true that youth is wasted on the young. I believe the wish for and the determination to change lies dormant. Everyone wants a decent life. The belief that their cries fall on deaf ears and only get them arrested.
The Egyptian Gov. isn't all that pro-Egyptian at all. They focus only on filling the pockets and the gov members who want to make a difference can't as they're often overruled by the other corrupt nitwits.
