  • Do you sell them?

  • No----:)

  • Nice lamp you made with the sheds! I am just getting into this and think it is almost as much fun as hunting! I found a nice 4x4 set shed in NW Colorado this year. Looking forward to doing more of it!

  • Thanks --I hunt also, but if you don't shoot them there back year after year with more and bigger sheds--it's a awsome hobby,I've found hundreds!!Good luck

  • Tip#1---Moose lose theirs in December

  • TIP#2---If your looking foe elk sheds, don't forget to check the sagebrush good, they love it and sheds are always found there!

  • Tip#3---You will find the sheds near the area where the animals are, around (march--apriL,december for moose))---uaually the elivation the animals are at during this time is where you will find the sheds

PS---DON'T GO TO EARLY AND SPOOK OR STRESS THEM!!

  • Yeah DA, an old Mountain Man, named Marty Mountain Man gave me a tip years ago. He said those horns are where you find'em. Guess he was right! We call him MMM for Mountain Man Marty. Your right about stressing them, I've heard of people chasing them with pickups and snow mobiles.

  • where do you generly find moose antlers?

  • Well that was real exciting

  • I hope that wasn't BLM Land, because that's illeagle to pick up those historic artifacts, which is how they classify antlers

  • It was BLM and it is leagle there but not on National Parks Land.

  • Yeah, I've been over there, on Grass Creek about 30 miles west of Meteetsee

  • This looks like over around Meteetsee, WY
