i have a lancer too. 1998. 1.3 - 1298cc stock.

carbureted. read - stock.

i raced it against a EFI Honda 1.6 and a Corolla 1.6, not to mention a very humiliated nissan sentra with a radical camshaft profile... also a couple of later model lancers (except the 2.0 though i wonder how far she can go before i lose the advantage at the start)

they all came in second.
