All the signs around the Brown Street Historic Courthouse say 2 hour parking except one sign is a 24 minute parking sign attached to a 2 hour parking sign, and you cannot see the 24 minute part of the sign until you get out of your car and look because the trees block the 24 minute parking sign. I took pictures of this with my digital camera because I found a ticket on my car when I parked there. DAN

Need red sunglasses to see laser beam in daylight, similar to red sun glasses carpenters use when working with rotating laser levels in daylight hours; though red beam visible at night. Investigators covertly use similar laser beams that picks-up audio recordings off windows/windshields; go figure.
Now, how would I know if you speed the film up or slow it down? Red light cameras saves lives. People who complained about these cameras are probably are the ones who have been caught running a red light.

Napa has truly given in to becoming the snobatorium that I knew it would be. I am so glad I left there 30 years ago. I also understand Napa River is completely shut down to any kind of fishing. Looks like I made the right decision to leave this place

Not true. There are plenty of people who fish there, though I wouldn't want to eat those fish. In fact, Napa has been making a push to embrace the Napa River by building river walks and encouraging activities there and boating.
The problem with redlight cameras in Tucson is that there is no anticipatory response, since there is no countdown or hardly any countdown indicator at the 2 redlight cameras so i have to slow down or break abruptly which cases an unsafe situation with someone behind.

Rancho Cucamonga, California is the 6th safest city in the nation and has higher average median home values than the city of Beverly Hills which also have cameras. Coincidence I think not. Cucamonga also tried to put speeding cameras for ONLY southbound traffic. If you know Cucamonga it sits against the mountains. The rich drive down the hill to the 210 freeway.

But turned red just before the other end . Doing much reading I will present a report to my city of my opinion of the danger of a 3 second yellow. And a 2 second left turn yellow. I parked and obseved many cars and big rigs being caught in the short light cycle when red does apear.I am in the Bay Area
@trek1200233 Hello! Actually, here, and probably everywhere else, the red light cameras won't ticket you unless you enter the intersection AFTER the light turns red. So if you enter on a yellow and it turns red before you cross the other side, you'll be okay. In a gridlock situation where this happens a lot, you are subject to a whole different ticket, and that is blocking the intersection. But around here and probably where you are, the red light camera only tickets if you enter on red.
Accidents from these photo cops... are always happening!! You have to sign for a physical given ticket? ... if you receive a photo enforced ticket legally you don't have to appear cause you never signed the ticket!! that was given by the photo enforced light... Its your right!! these cameras are fishing holes and everyone knows they are a joke thats why they are going broke and cities are starting to abandon the program!! HA HA!! :)
When they installed red light cameras in Sugar Land, Texas, they actually lengthened the yellow light by one second. Makes me wonder why they shortened the yellow light for their red light camera intersections. Great reporting. You are good at what you do. Not one sided!

The theory for many people is that they shorten yellow lights to get more red light tickets out of people. I'll be doing a follow-up story to this.
